Rule
Do not send money to an unknown UPI, wallet or token page before you see the person in a hotel you booked. Cash after the door check is the sample rule on these cards.
Why
Advance payments are hard to reverse. A photo on a listing is not proof. If someone refuses cash-on-meet, walk away.
